Ian Anderson Will Lead Both ADT Security and Armourguard Security in New Zealand

AUCKLAND, New Zealand, Nov. 25 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Ian Anderson is appointed as General Manager of ADT Security in New Zealand, in addition to his role as General Manager of Armourguard Security for New Zealand/ Fiji. Mr Anderson is responsible for managing the whole portfolio of ADT businesses in New Zealand. He will be steering the growth of its electronic security monitoring, manned security services and cash in transit businesses. Mark Norton, General Manager of ADT Security for Australia who had previously served as General Manager of ADT Security, New Zealand will now focus on expanding the security business in Australia and growing the regional portfolio of access control and video surveillance as Vice President of Commercial Vertical Markets and Global Accounts, Asia Pacific.

The decision to unify ADT Security and Armourguard Security is part of the company's strategic move to ensure a more seamless approach in providing integrated customer focused solutions. Customers can now enjoy a one stop shop solutions from New Zealand's largest and the only total security solutions provider.

Mr Anderson began his career with Armourguard Security in 2000 as its Financial Controller. He later moved to Sydney where he took on the role of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. He became the General Manager of Armourguard Security, New Zealand/ Fiji in 2006.
