Obviously, on the face of all “talks”, it is clear, the Zionist, fascist Israel does not seek peace. There has been a sustained US-Israeli propaganda offensive being waged in global media controlled by them to claim that Israel is offering substantive, if not too many, concessions in the talks. Obama has had easy passage and the Obama administration placed maximum pressure on PLO Fatah leader Abbas to take part and abandon, in practice if not in words, the PA’s insistence that there would be discussion without an end to settlement construction by Israel.

It appears, the American leaders led by their president are pledging US support for the new Israel-Palestine negotiations. A day before a new round of direct talks between Israeli terror PM B. Netanyahu and weak Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas was due to begin, US leader B. Obama has urged Israeli and Palestinian leaders not to let the chance of a permanent peace deal "slip away"... Mideast and Palestinians need unbiased mediators. They seek Obama's "support as a mediator, honest broker and a partner". Obama said the goal of the talks, which are expected to last a year, was a permanent settlement that ended the Israeli occupation that began in 1967 and resulted in an independent, democratic Palestinian state existing peacefully beside Israel. "This moment of opportunity may not soon come again," he said. However, taking the Zionist position, he readily condemned the "senseless slaughter" of four terrorist illegal Israeli settlers without blaming the Israel for the "show of strength" in Palestine. Obama spoke at the White House later in the evening after meetings with Netanyahu, Abbas, Jordan's King Abdullah II and blockade partner Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.

Obama has effectively bullied an essentially US puppet Abbas into what looks like nonsensical “talks”. Abbas has called for a freeze in Jewish settlement construction in the West Bank, and said it was time to end the Israeli occupation of Palestinian land that began in 1967. Disagreement over Israeli settlement construction in the occupied West Bank has also threatened to cast a pall over the talks. The Israelis have said they will not renew a partial freeze on building homes for Jewish settlers when it expires towards the end of this month, but the Palestinians say that without a freeze they will walk away from the talks.
International community and global people are opposed to settlement construction. A 10-month freeze on settlement construction on the West Bank is due to expire on September 26 and Netanyahu has made clear to his party and coalition government allies that it will not be renewed. Palestinians see the illegal settlement activity going on the Palestinian territories, and then they wonder if the Israelis are serious about the negotiations and giving back this land for us to build our own state. The Palestinians threatened that there would be no negotiations if this happened and appealed for support from Washington. But the US placed no demands on Israel and stressed instead that talks must proceed “without precondition,” as insisted on by Tel Aviv.

But for the illusion of substantive talks, the conditions for any genuine “progress” in peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians are entirely absent in Washington. The readiness and push for the vague talks is an attempt to isolate Iran and secure America’s grip on the Middle East and its oil riches. US-Israeli terror strategists are keen to see that Iran’s claims to leadership in the region would be challenged by the creation of Palestine state.

Except the Holy Quran, all religious texts have been manhandled and badly mutilated adding more “items” to the scriptures. Supported by USA and UK, Israel has not, therefore, changed its decade-long position on Zionist false claims because it expects its terror allies USA-UK to get the defenseless Palestinians on Israel’s side. Obama’s double-speaks suggest he, like his predecessors, could also play the Israeli Mossad game. Israeli new formula based on “neighborhoods” falls far short of accepting East Jerusalem as the capital of a Palestinian state. More important still, it legitimizes the seizure of much of the best West Bank land through the settlements program. It does not allow for the formation of a state that is “viable politically, economically, and territorially,” as Barak claimed. It will leave the Palestinians in control of somewhat less than 20 percent of what was historically Palestine. Netanyahu has in the past been even more forthright than Barak, insisting that Jerusalem will remain Israel’s undivided capital and that Israel must have defensible borders, requiring an Israeli presence on the eastern border of any future Palestinian state. Egypt and Jordan, which would control the non-Israeli side of the borders of a putative Palestinian state, are playing their part in this US-inspired political conspiracy.

Meanwhile, in a way to support Israeli formula, the pro-Israeli Fatah Palestinian security forces mounted a huge operation to arrest dozens of Hamas members and seal off villages near Hebron. Hamas claims PA authorities have raided 250 homes of Hamas members in the region. The illegal extremist outfit Yesha Council opposed to peace in Mideast has said it will restart construction in the West Bank in protest over the attack. Israel sees an initial victory in Fatah terror operations in Palestine.

Under these circumstances, Abbas’s presence in Washington only confirms his role as a pliant tool of the US, who relies on Washington’s sponsorship to ensure the continued backing of Palestine’s multi-millionaire rulers and maintain himself and his coterie in power against a restive and hostile Palestinian population. Hamas, the straight-forward Islamist ruling party which governs the Gaza Strip, is opposed to essentially the Zionist “talks”.
